Whilst I’m busy in the kitchen, I endeavour to respond to your enquiry within two working days. Please note, I usually require at least 8 weeks’ notice for wedding cakes, 3 weeks’ notice for any other occasion cakes, and 2 weeks’ notice for cupcakes.

    For more specific questions relating to Brownie Boxes, wedding cakes, occasion cakes or cupcakes, please head to these individual pages. Below you will find some general FAQs regarding costing and delivery. Should you have any unanswered questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

    Do you require a deposit?

    A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your order. The remaining 50% will then be required 4 weeks' before date for weddings, and at least the day before for all other events.

    How do I pay for my cupcakes/cake?

    Once your order is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you where either a bank transfer, card payment or PayPal payment can be made.

    How much should I expect to pay for my cupcakes/cake?

    The price of your bespoke order will depend on several factors such as style, size, flavours and toppings.

    Do you offer delivery?

    For wedding cakes, full delivery & set up service will be quoted for and we deliver within a 50-mile radius - give or take. For all other occasion cakes and cupcakes, collection from RH12 0BE is preferred but local delivery can be quoted for if required.

    If I collect my cupcakes/cake, how should I travel with them?

    The footwell or boot should be cleared before collecting your cake/cupcakes so that no objects could hit into the box and damage the cake/cupcakes. Your cake/cupcakes should be placed into the footwell or boot for travel, and you should travel with the car as cool as possible making no stops en route where the cake/cupcakes are left in the car.
