Delivery Information

• Our Mother’s Day cookies will be shipped out on Thursday 7 March in order to arrive ahead of Mother’s Day. Delivery date can be selected during checkout.
• Our cookies can be shipped UK-wide and are NOT letterbox friendly.
• We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Our cookies are shipped 1st class with Royal Mail and should arrive 24-48 hours after shipment.
• Please note, once your order is in the hands of Royal Mail, we cannot accept responsibility for any delay in delivery.

Storage & Shelf Life

Your cookies should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight and heat sources. For maximum freshness, keep individual cookies in their cellophane bags until you’re ready to eat. The quicker you eat your cookies, the fresher they will be, but if you want to prolong your sweet treats, we suggest heating them up for 20 seconds in the microwave or 5 minutes in the oven before you eat. Your cookies will last up to 5 days.
